AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, deploy, and integrate AI models (covering tasks in NLP, CV, LLM) to meet business requirements.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models to ensure stability and efficiency.

- Optimize and improve existing models based on input data and real-world results.

- Perform data quality checks and maintain data integrity.

- Collaborate with teams: Business Analysts (BA), Data Engineers (DE) to ensure model deployment aligns with business needs and desired outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science.

- At least 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), and LLM development.

- Real-world AI project experience: Contributed to at least one AI project that is live and operating in a production environment.

- Programming skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experienced with version control systems like GitLab.

- AI model deployment: Experience in deploying AI models on platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Data engineering experience: Hands-on experience with data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing for AI models.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to perform well under pressure.

- Ability to research, stay updated on new technologies, and work effectively in fast-paced team environments.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Vector Databases and Search Tools: Experience working with Vector Databases, Elasticsearch (ES), and Airflow. 

- Agentic AI: Experience developing agent-based AI models, trend prediction, clustering, and DeepFake detection.

- LLM expertise: Experience in fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), with expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Llama Index, and tools for optimizing LLMs for real-world tasks.
