AI Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Formulate the technical solution to perform proof-of-concept experiments

2. Work with product owners to deliver possible solutions to solve the project requirements with the balancing between solution re-usability and novel solutions

3. Respond to issues raised by product owners, module users and perform fixes/improvements accordingly

4. Package trained models/solutions into modules that would be ready for production

5. Take part in research and development of our AI core technologies

6. Effective communication

QUALIFICATIONS

1. BS degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

2. Completed coursework in statistics, algorithms, calculus, linear algebra, probability

3. Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages

4. Experience with machine learning; or applications of machine learning to NLP, computer vision, speech, algorithms, optimization, social networks, edutech, ecommerce

5. Coding language Python / C++/ …

6. Experience with one or more common deep learning frameworks Tensorflow, Keras Pytorch

7. Familiar with huggingface and transformers and LLMs models

8. Experiment framework like Langchain, VLLM, …and quantization model format like AWQ, GPTQ, GGUF, GGML, exllama…

9. Experiment with RAG framework and vector DB like LlamaIndex, ChromaDB…

Nice to have:

- Back End development exp with FastAPI, BentoML

- cloud deploy like AWS, AZURE, GoogleCloud,

- know CI/CD, docker, kubernetes

- deploy model like Llama3, Qwen2, MPT, …
