AI Engineer – GenAI Products

FiinGroup is looking for an AI Engineer to build practical AI applications for financial data, analytics, and enterprise products.

This role focuses on developing AI pipelines, AI tools, AI services, and AI-powered features that can be embedded into FiinGroup’s products, including AI assistants, intelligent search, report automation, workflow automation, dashboards, and agent-based systems.

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and GenAI technologies.
• Develop AI pipelines for data processing, document understanding, retrieval, generation, evaluation, and feedback loops.
• Build reusable AI tools, APIs, services, and components that can be integrated into existing products.
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal data platforms, databases, APIs, documents, and business systems.
• Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to turn business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Improve AI output quality through prompt design, retrieval optimization, evaluation, and product iteration.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills, especially in Python.
• Experience building applications with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or related GenAI technologies.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, backend services, and software development practices.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Product mindset and ability to build reliable, user-friendly AI features.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn fast.

Preferred Background

• Experience in financial data, banking, securities, investment, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with AI workflow tools, agent frameworks, vector databases, or model evaluation.
• Familiarity with MCP, tool calling, workflow automation, or multi-agent systems.
• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
