AI Engineer Intern (IoT & Deep Learning)

About the Role

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a motivated AI Engineer Intern to join our IoT engineering team in Da Nang. In this internship, you will contribute directly to cutting-edge AI research and development projects, applying your academic knowledge to solve real-world industrial challenges alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to research, design, and develop AI/Machine Learning models for IoT applications.
• Implement and experiment with Deep Learning architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision algorithms using Python/C++.
• Build, test, and optimize AI workflows using modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Support data preparation, model evaluation, and integration into industrial software systems.
• Document research findings and present technical solutions in regular team meetings.

Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in AI concepts and proficiency in Python or C++.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, OpenCV, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills (Japanese is a plus).
• Bonus Points: Knowledge or practical project experience in Computer Vision, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, or ROS.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: 4,000,000₫ - 8,000,000₫ per month
