AI Engineer - Team Lead

📍Location: FPT Tower, 10 Pham Van Bach, Ha Noi

1. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to develop the Sales Intelligence platform
• Translate architecture and product requirements into feasible technical solutions
• Design and develop core components of the system: Data Services, AI Services, Agent Framework, APIs, Frontend & Backend Platform
• Coordinate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Engineering Team to make critical technical decisions
• Define coding standards, engineering practices, and product quality
• Participate in design and code reviews, and optimize system performance
• Support and develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team

2. Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role or as a Senior Engineer leading a team
• Experience with distributed system architecture, APIs, and Cloud Platforms
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, NodeJS, or equivalent)
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and lead a team

3. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

• Prior experience building a product from the early stages
• Experience with Data Platforms, Analytics, or AI Systems
• Understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, or AI Agents
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Interest in Product Thinking and Business Impact
