What You'll Be Doing

No two weeks will look the same.

One day you might be building AI workflows to automate internal processes. The next, you're optimising a Meta Ads campaign, developing a business proposal, analysing TikTok performance, or helping launch a new venture.

You'll work directly with the founder to:

• Explore and implement AI tools that improve marketing, operations and productivity.
• Build AI agents, workflows and automations using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make or similar technologies.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads .
• Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA and conversion rates.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies that combine paid media, content, creators, PR and AI to achieve business objectives.
• Research new AI tools, advertising features and emerging technologies that give our clients and business a competitive advantage.
• Develop business proposals, growth strategies and client presentations.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and helping to close new projects.
• Collaborate with our content, creative, production and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Review marketing data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support regional campaigns across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Contribute to the development of new ventures, including our upcoming Pet Tech platform.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads .
• Understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, pixel implementation, GA4, conversion tracking and reporting.
• Have experience with AI automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make or similar platforms.
• Have worked in marketing, consulting, SaaS, startups or technology.
• Enjoy public speaking, networking or business development.
• Have experience pitching ideas, managing strategic projects or leading cross-functional teams.
