Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that address a variety of business and technical challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, building and training machine learning and neural network models, and integrating these models into production-ready software solutions. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to define requirements, optimize model performance, and ensure reliability and scalability. The engineer will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, monitoring system performance, and continuously improving existing AI pipelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Hanoi Capital Region.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Applied experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, and language modeling.
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and modern development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), data processing frameworks, and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Commitment to responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and reliability in AI systems.
