JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze business requirements, explore and process data to identify business problems and propose appropriate AI/Machine Learning solutions .
• Research, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning / Deep Learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Develop AI solutions across areas such as Computer Vision/OCR, NLP, Voice, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, eKYC , and other AI applications.
• Research and implement Generative AI / LLM solutions , including Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI model integration into products and systems where applicable.
• Evaluate, test, and optimize models in terms of accuracy, performance, scalability, and real-world applicability .
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate, package, and deploy AI/ML models into production environments.
• Monitor model performance after deployment and perform fine-tuning, retraining, and continuous improvement as required.
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends , and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Informatics, Big Data & Machine Learning , or related fields.
• Relevant professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI product development .
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with at least one AI/ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn , or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning and common architectures such as CNN, RNN, Transformer, ResNet, YOLO, and BERT .
• Strong data processing and analytical skills; SQL proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in one or more areas including Computer Vision/OCR, NLP, Speech/Voice, eKYC, or Generative AI .
• Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, data augmentation, and model evaluation .
• Experience with LLM, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector Databases , or equivalent GenAI technologies is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and research papers in English ; TOEIC 450+ or equivalent is an advantage.
