DevOps Engineer - AI products (Chatbot and Voice Bot)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate the platform behind our live AI products (Chatbot and Voice Bot) and upcoming AI initiatives. The role owns our hybrid infrastructure spanning AWS and a local GPU cloud, and is responsible for keeping production reliable, observable and secure. You will design and automate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, act as the first responder for production issues, and partner closely with Solution Architects and developers to deliver systems that scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Infrastructure & Platform

• Manage, operate and continuously improve infrastructure across AWS and local/hybrid cloud environments.
• Design and build new infrastructure using AWS core services – ECS, VPC, networking, compute, storage and related services.
• Implement infrastructure with automation and infrastructure-as-code so environments are repeatable and version-controlled.
• Manage containerized workloads and Linux-based systems that host our AI and backend services.

CI/CD & Automation

• Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable builds, deployments and rollbacks.
• Automate operational tasks and tooling using scripting languages such as Bash, Python and Node.js.
• Standardize deployment workflows across services and environments (dev, UAT, production).

Monitoring, Observability & Reliability

• Set up and operate monitoring, logging and tracing across the stack using tools such as the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir), SigNoz and Langfuse.
• Act as the first point of contact for production issues – detect, triage, resolve and drive incidents to closure.
• Define alerts, dashboards and SLIs/SLOs to proactively surface problems before they impact users.
• Conduct system tests for performance, availability and security, and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.

Collaboration

• Work with Solution Architects to shape and implement system architecture and cloud design decisions.
• Partner with developers to build, deploy and troubleshoot system-related problems and improve overall reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps, Cloud, SRE or Infrastructure Engineer in a production environment.
• 3 years’ experience DevOps, Cloud, SRE or Infrastructure Engineer
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS – ECS, VPC and related services – and with hybrid/local cloud setups.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPN).
• Experience with monitoring and tracing tools such as the LGTM stack, SigNoz or Langfuse.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with scripting languages: Bash, Python, Node.js or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of containers and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset and clear communication in a team setting.

BIG PLUS / NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with automation tools and infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and Landing Zone design on cloud.
• Solid knowledge of security and network best practices.
• Experience working on AI/ML projects and their infrastructure needs.
• Knowledge of container services on GPUs (CUDA, MPS and GPU scheduling/sharing).
• Experience using AI tools to boost day-to-day productivity (e.g. AI coding assistants, LLM-based tooling).
• Eager to learn and adopt new and modern technologies.
