What You’ll Be Doing
  • Infrastructure & Sysadmin – Manage bare-metal/GPU servers, Linux environments, Docker setups, and CI/CD pipelines using AI-assisted automation.
  • AI & Computer Vision – Build, evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize PyTorch/TensorFlow/ONNX models for real-world video & POS data pipelines.
  • Full-Stack & Edge Delivery – Write Python APIs (Backend), lightweight React/TypeScript UIs (Frontend), and optimize C/C++ routines for resource-constrained edge hardware.
  • Data Pipelines: Streamline labeling workflows and automate data preprocessing using computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, CVAT, FFmpeg).
  • Collaborate with a small, focused team — we value clear thinking, not loud talkin
  • Contribute to weekly release cycles and iterate fast based on real user feedbacks

Your skills and experience

Must-Haves
  • Knowledgable in your applied field and always updating your knowledge
  • If you have a direct experience, it's a plus (but if not, it's ok)
  • If you love technology, you will have a lot of fun

  • Happy and good attitude

Knowledgable In
  • AI & Computer Vision: PyTorch/TensorFlow fundamentals, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, plus practical model evaluation (FP/FN error analysis) for classification, detection, and segmentation.
  • Agentic AI & LLMs: Power-user mastery of AI agents/tools to rapidly write code, automate pipelines, and solve problems across the stack.
  • Backend & API Development: Strong Python (OOP, DS&A, Graph/BFD/DFS algorithms) building APIs via FastAPI or Flask, connected to PostgreSQL.
  • Sysadmin & DevOps: Linux system admin, containerization (Docker/Docker Compose), networking/VPN (Tailscale), and managing bare-metal GPU/server hardware.
  • Math & Algorithms: Solid foundations in linear algebra, statistics, graph algorithms, and optimization.
  • Frontend & Edge Basics: Ability to maintain React/TypeScript dashboards and read/tweak C/C++ embedded routines on edge devices (with AI help).
  • Video Protocols: Basic working knowledge of FFmpeg, RTSP, or video streaming setup.
  • API development: Fast with modern frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
