ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Full-time AI Engineer to join our team and work on projects involving Computer Vision .

You will work closely with a technical team to design, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy AI models for real-world problems. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work deeply with advanced AI systems, large-scale GPU infrastructure, and challenging Computer Vision problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Research, develop, and apply state-of-the-art Computer Vision and Generative AI models.
• Work on image classification, detection, segmentation, restoration, enhancement, or generative vision models.
• Design, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize deep learning models.
• Build and improve data processing, training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Optimize model performance in terms of quality, speed, scalability, and deployment cost.
• Read research papers, experiment with new methods, and apply them to practical AI projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve model quality.
• Contribute to technical documentation, experiment reports, and internal knowledge sharing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. This position is open to Vietnamese candidates only.
• Good understanding of modern deep learning architectures and training techniques.
• Experience in Computer Vision (e.g. image classification, object detection, segmentation, image restoration, generative vision).
• Ability to read and understand research papers and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive engineering mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in Generative AI (e.g. Stable Diffusion, Diffusion Transformer, Flow Matching)
• Experience with model optimization (e.g. Quantization, Knowledge Distillation, Inference Acceleration)
