Role Description

As a Python developer, your expertise will help to build stable and well-structured applications which help engineers around the world perform their tasks optimally. In addition, you will use your experience and talent to find solutions for difficult problems to ensure the product is a success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/ML-powered features into engineering and AEC software applications.
• Develop Python-based solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and AI libraries/frameworks .
• Work with LLMs, generative AI, and AI APIs to enhance engineering workflows and software capabilities.
• Prepare, process, and analyse datasets for AI model development and evaluation .
• Build and integrate AI models and services into existing desktop, web-based, and BIM applications .
• Develop APIs and backend services to expose AI/ML functionality to other applications.
• Evaluate AI solutions based on accuracy, performance, reliability, and scalability .
• Collaborate with software and engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can automate or improve existing engineering processes .

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional or project experience with Python development .
• Experience with Python AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy , or equivalent.
• Understanding of RAG, machine learning concepts, model training, evaluation, and deployment .
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI APIs is an advantage.
• Experience working with REST APIs, data processing pipelines, and database technologies is an advantage.
• Understanding of AI-assisted automation and software integration .
• Interest in applying AI to AEC, BIM, engineering calculations, geometry, or other technical applications .
• Good English skills.
