Senior AI Engineer

About us:

Our Engineering Team focuses on two core areas:

• Outsourcing : Collaborate with global clients to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver AI-powered systems, with a strong focus on LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and workflow automation.
• Product : Develop AI-powered mobile applications and internal AI solutions. Explore a wide range of AI technologies, including LLMs, multi-agent systems, computer vision, speech AI, model fine-tuning, model compression, self-hosting, and beyond.

Our AI team consists of 7 members across Hanoi (4) and Da Nang (3). Both locations are staffed with experienced senior engineers and high-performing AI talent. The team includes professionals with overseas Master’s and PhD degrees, bringing strong research and engineering expertise to our projects.

We are looking for a AI Engineer to build products where AI is core, not cosmetic — solving real problems for global users and customers. This role is for Builders who combine technical depth, speed, ownership, and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into scalable products.

You will:

• Build AI-powered products and features using the latest LLM and Generative AI technologies.
• Turn research ideas into high-performance MVPs quickly, then scale them into production systems.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM models for real-world use cases.
• Build and maintain LLMOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement RAG systems using modern vector databases and knowledge pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, production-ready AI products.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or modern AI applications.
• Strong track record of building, deploying, and scaling real AI products used by users or customers.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLM models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama).
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar).
• Familiarity with RAG systems, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and core machine learning principles.
• Familiarity with LLMOps / MLOps practices, including deployment pipelines, monitoring, and analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to execute fast and work independently.
• Good English communication skills for working with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field. Candidates from top-tier universities (HUST, UET, PTIT...) are strongly preferred.
• Preferred MSc or PhD in AI, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong plus a proven track record in Hackathons or Startups. We value those who can build, break, and fix things fast.
• Preferred have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead, managing a team size of 3 or more members.
• Experience with RLHF, AI Agents, or real-time AI applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed, scalable architectures.
