Senior AI Engineer (Good English)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to take the lead in shaping our AI strategy and building intelligent systems into our platform. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll guide the company’s AI direction, design production-ready workflows, and set the standards for how we deliver safe, scalable, and auditable AI features.

You’ll design and deploy agent workflows, build evaluation pipelines, and ensure outputs are safe and explainable. Working directly with the founding team, your impact will shape both our technology and how customers experience our product.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll go from prototype to production, orchestrating integrations, deploying services, and creating the frameworks to scale AI safely

Responsibilities

• Design the technical architecture for an AI-powered voice and browser-agent pipeline.
• Design and build ML/LLM-powered features end to end, from prototyping to production
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize models (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems, or classical ML depending on stack)
• Build and deploy production-ready AI workflows using Python and modern LLM tooling.
• Develop the voice agent conversation flow for issue classification, troubleshooting, escalation, and appointment confirmation.
• Implement RAG workflows for installation manuals, error codes, troubleshooting instructions, and internal knowledge bases.
• Design a robust retrieval strategy using embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering, chunking, reranking, and evaluation.
• Integrate the solution with Supabase for database management, authentication, APIs, vector search, storage, and application data.
• Build or integrate a browser agent using Hyperbrowser to navigate the existing ERP/CRM interface and create appointments.
• Design safeguards for browser automation, including validation, retries, fallback handling, and auditability.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI responses, retrieval quality, tool usage, task completion, and conversation outcomes.
• Set up A/B testing, feature flags, prompt/version management, monitoring, and production experimentation.
• Implement observability using LangWatch and error tracking through Sentry.
• Ensure the system is modular, maintainable, testable, secure, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to clarify workflows, define success criteria, and communicate technical trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) - Able to communicate complex technical concepts smoothly with international clients
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on ML/AI systems
• Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LLMs — prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic systems
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Supabase (DB, APIs, auth, vector search, storage)
• Experience with feature-flag systems (LaunchDarkly or similar)
• Comfortable building evaluation frameworks, A/B tests, and monitoring systems
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector DBs, and RAG workflows
• Solid engineering practices: modular, testable, maintainable code

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in AI/ML or equivalent applied research experience.
• Experience with RLHF, multimodal AI, or real-time inference.
• Contributions to OSS or published AI research.
• Domain experience in fintech/proptech or regulated industries
