Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social product features, including but not limited to profiles, feeds, comments, chats, notifications, and marketplaces.
- Design and build open API functionalities for core social products.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor existing systems for better efficiency.
- Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code in adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Your skills and experience
- Experience: 7–8+ years with full lifecycle of project development

Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in software design, architecture, and integration.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, parallel programming, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, sockets, web services, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiar with Microservices, event-driven architecture
- Database Knowledge: Proficient in distributed databases and NoSQL DB systems.
- Performance Tuning: Experience with distributed caching tools such as Redis.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and cross-team communication skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with payment, finance, or accounting products is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in developing React-based user interfaces.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Kafka and OLAP.
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) or cloud services like GCP and AWS is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) for model development and prototyping.
- Strong experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) for automating the model development and deployment pipeline.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision applications.
