POSITION
A Senior SDET (AI-Native) drives quality across the full SDLC by contributing production code, building test automation, and applying AI immersively at every stage - from design and development through deployment and monitoring. This role ensures AI-native products deliver reliable, scalable experiences across APIs, UIs, agentic systems, and ML workflows.
The ideal candidate is a senior engineer with deep testing expertise who does not treat AI as an add-on, but as a core way of working - consistently asking whether a task can be completed entirely with AI or materially improved through AI-assisted execution, while still applying strong engineering judgment and quality controls.
CHALLENGE

Test Architecture & Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable test frameworks across UI, API, integration, performance, and E2E layers, integrated into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback on complex systems.

AI-Powered Quality Engineering: Leverage AI to generate test data, predict regressions, optimize coverage, and surface failure modes before they reach production.

AI-Native Engineering Practice: Apply AI-assisted workflows across the full SDLC - from test design and implementation to debugging, documentation, and monitoring. Review and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and production readiness.

Production Code Ownership: Own and ship production features end-to-end as a core development team member - design, code reviews, deployment, and iteration.

Performance & Security Testing: Stress-test AI applications for scalability, latency, security vulnerabilities, and resilience under real-world conditions.
