SEO / AI Search Growth Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead global organic growth and SEO strategy across Google and AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity
• Drive organic traffic, brand visibility, and user conversion for Crypto, US stocks, and wealth management products
• Continuously optimize technical SEO, on-page SEO, site architecture, and search performance
• Collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to drive content growth and programmatic SEO initiatives
• Leverage AI tools to improve keyword research, content production, search analytics, and workflow efficiency
• Track and analyze core SEO and growth metrics, providing ongoing optimization recommendations
• Monitor and respond to trends in AI search, Google algorithm updates, and evolving search behavior to continuously evolve SEO strategy

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, or Content Growth
• Familiar with technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and SEO data analysis
• Understands AI search, AI content workflows, and the emerging AI-driven search ecosystem
• Proficient with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search Console
• Strong data analysis skills and a growth-oriented mindset
• Familiar with the use of AI tools in content generation, SEO analysis, and automation
• Strong English skills with experience creating or optimising content for international markets

Preferred:

• Experience in Crypto, securities, US stock brokerage, online finance, Fintech, or trading platforms
• Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content growth
• Experience with US stocks, ETFs, investment, or financial content
• Experience with multilingual SEO or global growth projects
• Experience with AI SEO, GEO, or AEO related projects
