We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong logical and system-thinking capabilities to develop and optimize technology solutions supporting retail and eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance internal systems serving retail and eCommerce operations.
• Build features related to products, orders, inventory, customers and reporting.
• Integrate internal systems with eCommerce platforms, logistics providers, payment gateways and third-party applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Participate in developing automation and AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor, maintain and optimize system performance and data accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Previous experience in the retail industry is required.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and system-analysis skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases and system integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or C#.
• Understanding of eCommerce operations is a strong advantage.
• Experience with AI, LLM, chatbot or workflow automation is a major plus.
• Able to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
