Software Engineer – AI Evaluation Project

Ployos is looking for experienced Software Engineers to join an ongoing AI evaluation project focused on software engineering.

In this role, you will review technical tasks built from real code, evaluate their correctness, clarity and realism, and make necessary corrections when applicable.

What we’re looking for

* Strong software engineering / programming background

* Good technical judgment and code review skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to identify inconsistencies, gaps and technical issues

* Sufficient English for technical reading and writing

* Ability to work independently and follow detailed quality standards

How the work works

Each contributor receives task bundles for review. Tasks are classified based on their technical quality, and tasks requiring correction are improved and submitted for quality evaluation.

The initial project phase is 4 weeks, with high-performing contributors prioritized for potential continuation based on quality and throughput.
