Software Engineer (Unit Testing, AI Product Experience)

We are actively expanding our engineering teams in Ho Chi Minh City and seeking highly experienced Senior Software Engineers (Unit Testing, AI Product Experience). We currently have strategic openings supporting advanced product development in two distinct domains: global healthcare technology with AI.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the test automation strategy and framework design for backend systems, cloud-based services, and complex user workflows.
• Architect, build, and execute comprehensive test plans, integration tests, and automated scripts to ensure code coverage and optimize engineering productivity.
• Validate data integrity end-to-end, managing workflows seamlessly across UI components, API layers, and database states.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Software, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to manage the bug lifecycle, improve CI/CD pipeline reliability, and drive systemic solutions.
• Identify quality risks early, maintain world-class quality standards, and provide mentorship to engineering teams.

2. Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven professional experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
• Advanced programming proficiency in Python.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest) or specialized AI development tools, including model testing and LLM benchmarking.
• Strong command of Unix/Linux environments, containerization (Docker), cloud infrastructure (AWS), and continuous integration practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent professional English communication for seamless global collaboration.
• A background of Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Embedded Engineer,.... with solid coding capabilities is a plus.
