What You'll Do
- Build, enhance, and maintain software applications across multiple products and technology environments.
- Work across different programming languages, frameworks, and codebases as needed.
- Leverage AI coding tools and emerging technologies to improve development workflows and engineering efficiency.
- Design and implement solutions that balance speed, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop processes and best practices for incorporating AI-assisted development into everyday engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve software delivery practices and overall development lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity through modern tooling.
- Strong software engineering experience with the ability to work across multiple technologies and programming languages.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical requirements.
- Experience working independently, managing priorities, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of software development practices, testing, and code quality standards.
