Solution Architect (AI / Data / Software) | Upto 100M

FPT Software HCM is expanding our Architecture team for global Digital Transformation, AI, and Cloud projects. We are looking for experienced Solution Architects to design enterprise-scale solutions and work directly with international clients across the US, Europe, Japan, and APAC.

Open Positions

1. AI Solution Architect

• Design enterprise AI solutions using GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building production AI applications and AI Agent platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly preferred.

2. Data Solution Architect / Data Architect

• Design modern cloud data platforms including Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and streaming architectures.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, Fabric, Spark, Kafka, and cloud-native data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

3. Software Solution Architect (Java/.NET/Cloud)

• Design scalable enterprise applications based on Microservices, Cloud Native Architecture, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps.
• Strong background in Java (Spring Boot) or .NET (.NET Core), cloud architecture, and large-scale distributed systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Engineering.
• 2–3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong architecture design, stakeholder management, and customer consulting skills.
• Good English communication.
