Solutions Engineer (AI)

About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to work closely with enterprise customers in solving complex, high-impact business challenges through AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you will partner directly with customers to understand their operational workflows, design scalable technical solutions, and deploy AI agents into production environments. You will own the entire project lifecycle—from problem discovery and system design to deployment, optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges and define success criteria.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents integrated with customer systems.
• Own solution deployment, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Test solutions using real-world data, measure business impact, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and best practices that improve delivery efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar technical problem-solving roles.
• Experience participating in or leading solution discovery, technical scoping, workshops, or AI strategy discussions with customers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, system architecture, and technical design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers to solve complex business problems.
• Passion for AI technologies and building practical AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Exposure to AI agents, automation platforms, or conversational AI systems.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing production systems.
