Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles and Agile best practices are effectively applied.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Track sprint progress, identify risks, impediments, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations.
Support project planning, sprint planning, release planning, and roadmap execution.
Monitor project status and prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Facilitate communication across technical and business teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
Coach team members on Agile mindset and continuous improvement practices.
Support backlog management and ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
Assist with resource coordination, issue tracking, and change management activities when required.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interest in developing toward a Project Manager/Scrum Master career path.
Experience supporting project coordination or project management activities is an advantage.
