Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior) to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients, Product Managers, Project Managers, and the development team to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Candidates with experience in AI projects or the Banking/Financial Services domain are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

● Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.

● Study business documents and transform requirements into functional specifications.

● Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

● Design detailed business workflows, process flows, and system diagrams usingappropriate modeling tools.

● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.

● Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

● Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, and project discussions.

● Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly across teams.

Requirements

Must-have

● 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

● Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze business documents.

● Ability to create detailed business process flows and functional specifications.

● Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

● Familiar with business analysis and diagramming tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io,

Visio, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working on AI-related projects.

● Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
