Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with international clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze business processes and propose effective solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and maintain project documents such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and process flows.
• Support requirement clarification, UAT, and change request management.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to improving BA processes and project documentation quality.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Experience working with international clients or global projects in IT Outsourcing field.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good English communication skills (working directly with clients).

Nice to Have

• Experience in domains such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Manufacturing .
• Basic knowledge of SQL, API, or system integration.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
