JOB DESCRIPTION
- About Us: A global manufacturing company specializing in apparel branding, labeling, RFID, and supply chain solutions for international fashion and retail brands.
- Title: Service Support Associate SSA
- Location: Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCMC)

Working Time: Mon – Fri (8h00 – 16h15)
- Support CS on customer service activities.
- Support ensuring the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Support handling customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standards.
- Support coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the product quality and customers requirements are met.

Assist other team members, provide support and report to Supervisor/ Team Leader
- College or equivalent required, senior student can work fulltime
- Experience in Customer Service or related experience a plus
- Good written, and English communication skills.
- Good data entry and organizational skills. Detail oriented and good follow-up skills
- Ability to effectively manage many priorities and issues.

Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office Excel, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.
- Gross salary: 7,000,000 VND/Month
- Breakfast Allowance: 300,000 VND/Month
- Lunch, Shuttle Bus, Laptop Provided
- Annual Leave: 7 days - 6 months
- Full SHUI
