Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Be the first point of contact to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues for local and remote employees

Set up, configure, and install operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, VPN, Microsoft 365 ...)

Ensure all support tickets/requests are resolved promptly and logged systematically

Asset & Account Management

Zero-Mistake Onboarding/Offboarding: Strictly follow checklists to set up tech equipment/accounts for new hires and revoke access immediately for offboarding employees

Keep the IT Asset Inventory (laptops, monitors, chargers, accessories) 100% updated and organized
-
Monitor software licenses and subscription renewals to avoid service interruptions

Network & Security Maintenance

Maintain office network stability (Wi-Fi, LAN) and coordinate with ISPs when issues arise
-
Implement basic security practices (ensuring antivirus software is updated, enforcing password policies, and backing up data)
-
Collaborate with the Admin team to manage office tech gadgets (meeting room screens, projectors, fingerprint/access control machines)
Requirements
Experience:
1+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or System Administration (Open to promising final-year students for the Part-time role).
Technical Skills:

Hardware & Network Enthusiast: You genuinely enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, assembling/upgrading PC/Laptop hardware, and optimizing Wi-Fi/LAN setups to ensure peak network performance

Proficient in troubleshooting both macOS and Windows platforms

Familiar with managing cloud-based workspaces (Google Workspace/Admin Console is a plus)

Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi routers)
