Data Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
*We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Intelligence Platform team. Joining our team, you will have a chance to design, develop and maintain high-performance Data Platform solutions and build high-performance, mission critical Data products to help find out valuable insights and deliver high quality data products that support our business growth and help our customers succeed in business. What you will do:
- Design, implement and maintain the data pipelines that are scalable and reliable for Data Platform.
- Design, implement and manage data warehouse, data marts that store and manage large volumes of data to meet the need of querying data and perform descriptive and predictive analytics.
- Collect, process, store and analyze our ever-growing customer data.
- Ensure data quality and consistency of the data that is being stored and processed.
- Developing data processing and transformation pipelines to convert raw data into a usable format.
- Collaborating with Data Scientists and Data Analysts to understand their data needs and requirements, and to ensure that data is available and accessible in the right format and at the right time.
- Build high-performance, mission critical Data products to allow various customer-facing and internal services to query data, perform analytics.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in similar role
- You must be strong in data structures and algorithms
- You should be proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Structured Query Language
- Good understanding of data warehouse concepts and practices
- You should be experienced in developing and building Data warehouse, Data marts
- Experienced in deploying ML model is a plus
- Eager to learn and willing trial and error several times
- Top salary range in the market (willing to negotiate)
- Compensation, a 13th month salary depending on employee's performance
