Job Description

• Design, build and operate large-scale data platforms, pipelines, data warehouses and lakehouses.
• Develop and optimize batch and real-time data processing systems for analytics, machine learning and business applications.
• Build feature stores and data serving layers to support production ML systems.
• Develop, evaluate and deploy machine learning models for prediction, forecasting, anomaly detection and intelligent automation.
• Perform feature engineering, model training, experimentation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Data Engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, governance and operational excellence across the data lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Scala or Java is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Airflow, Kafka/Kinesis, distributed data processing and large-scale data platforms.
• Experience designing data warehouse/lakehouse architectures and building production-grade data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, model evaluation and experimentation.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes and modern data infrastructure.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geospatial data, mapping, mobility or location-based services.
• Experience with feature stores, MLflow, MLOps and model monitoring.
• Experience with OCR, NLP, forecasting, recommendation or optimization models.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Iceberg, dbt, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and BI platforms.

Working Hours & Location

• Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays (every other week); default work-from-home arrangement.

• Flexible morning check-in between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Lunch break: from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM.
