ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an AV/VC Engineer to provide onsite support for meeting room technologies, AV/VC systems, and network infrastructure across our Vietnam offices.This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless collaboration experiences, supporting corporate events, and maintaining

stable day-to-day operations.

Your skills and experience

 

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for AV/VC systems (Zoom Rooms, Neat, meeting room equipment).
  • Monitor and maintain AV, VC, and Digital Media systems via dashboards and tools.
  • Support Zoom Meetings, Webinars, and hybrid events (setup, operation, recording).
  • Manage Digital Media devices (setup, onboarding, monitoring via Appspace).
  • Deliver user support, training, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Perform basic network support, including equipment checks, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with remote teams to resolve incidents and ensure system stability.
  • Support events and provide after-hours assistance when required.
  • Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Experience in enterprise meeting room deployments and AV system integration.
  • Strong experience with Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, AV over IP (AVoIP), Neat devices, integrated video conferencing solutions, and Appspace Digital Signage.
  • Solid understanding of AV infrastructure, signal flow, system integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting HDMI Matrix Switchers, Video Encoders/Decoders, Transmitters/Receivers, PTZ Cameras, Speakers, Microphones, Room Scheduling Panels, and Room Automation systems.
  • Good knowledge of AV networking, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewall configurations, and AV device connectivity.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio, video, control, and network-related issues.
  • Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and support outside business hours when needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
