BACKEND DEVELOPER

Working Hours: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Lot 05 – Lot 06, Area A2, Phuong Trang High-Rise Commercial Urban Complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems for the company’s products.
• Analyze project requirements and design database structures accordingly.
• Build and optimize APIs based on project specifications.
• Write technical documentation, including API documentation, and collaborate with relevant teams for implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Frontend, QA, Product) to ensure backend systems meet business and technical requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in backend systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate new technologies to improve backend systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors or department leaders.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Backend Development.
• Education: A college/university degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one backend programming language: Python, PHP, or Node.js.
• Core Knowledge:
• Strong foundation in OOP, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience working with databases such as AWS Redshift, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with writing unit tests.
• Understanding of system security and best practices for securing backend systems.
• Tools & Workflow:
• Hands-on experience with source code management tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive attitude, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in product-oriented projects, especially in Affiliate Marketing or SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to design and maintain microservices architectures.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining systems with a large user base.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified system.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based deployments.
