Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services that support our system
• Develop scalable, secure, and reliable systems using Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture and microservices running in Google Cloud Platform
• Solid approach to testing and debugging, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Improve system performance, stability, and maintainability across the platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug complex problems, and support continuous product improvement.
• Take ownership of backend solutions from design through delivery and iteration
• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Backend Engineer, with solid hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
• Experienced working in Startup or scale-up experience in a fast-moving product environment.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable cloud-native platforms
• Experience working with microservices architecture in a cloud environment, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Strong ownership, working independently , practical problem-solving, and user experience mindset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to build valuable products for users
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
• Vietnamese candidate only.
