Backend Engineer Collaborator

We are looking for a Fresher Java Backend Enginee r to join our product team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established and leading start-up in Vietnam as One Mount Group.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean & high-quality code under guidance.
• Assist in maintaining & improving running functionality as well as designing and developing new systems/features if needed.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including unit tests, integration tests, and deployment to PROD.
• Participate in code reviews & follow coding quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on development/internship experience in Java (Spring Boot framework).
• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Knowledge of SQL/ NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs; knowledge of Microservices is a plus.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka is a plus.
• Interest in learning about high-performance, low-latency systems, handling large-scale data processing and real-time transactions.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with the financial, banking, or payment gateway domain, including compliance and security best practices is a plus.
