As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Bridge System Engineer Manager to lead projects, build strong client relationships, and strengthen our BrSE Department.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong project management and leadership capabilities and are passionate about delivering value to both customers and development teams.

2/ Your Mission

As a BrSE Manager, you will serve as the key bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnamese development teams.

You will lead communication, manage project delivery, support team growth, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our organization while ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

3/ Key Responsibilities

#Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese clients. 

• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. 

• Provide consulting and propose effective technical solutions. 

• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and development teams. 

• Support business expansion by identifying customer needs and opportunities. 

#Project Management

• Maintain visibility across multiple software development projects, including those outside your direct responsibility, to support resource planning and project coordination.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with high quality. 

• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans. 

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, QC members, and stakeholders. 

• Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. 

• Maintain visibility across ongoing projects to support effective decision-making. 

#Team Leadership

• Lead and support BrSE members to ensure successful project execution. 

• Coach and mentor team members to improve technical, communication, and project management skills. 

• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

• Encourage knowledge sharing and establish best practices across projects. 

4/ Qualifications

#Required

• JLPT N1. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer. 

• Proven experience in a BrSE Manager, Department Manager, or equivalent people-management role, having directly managed a team of BrSE/engineers

• Experience leading software development projects and cross-functional teams. 

• Experience managing project planning, resource allocation, schedule, quality, and risks. 

• Experience mentoring and developing team members. 

• Extensive experience working directly with Japanese clients. 

• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

#Preferred

• Experience working or studying in Japan. 

• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or data-related projects. 

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications. 

• Experience contributing to organizational or process improvements. 

• Experience supporting business development or pre-sales activities. 

• Experience managing large-scale or multi-project environments.
