About the Role

We are looking f or C/C++ Software Develop ers to join our engineering team in Hanoi and work on software f or 4G/5G wireless communication systems . In this role, you will develop high-performance software used in real-world telecom networks. You will work with international engineering teams to design, develop, test, and improve software that supports reliable and scalable wireless communicati

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software using C/C++ .
• Develop high-performance and reliable software for wireless communication systems.
• Translate technical requirements and specifications into well-designed software solutions.
• Work closely with engineers and technical teams across different countries.
• Troubleshoot and fix complex software issues and bugs.
• Optimize software performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong programming skills in C and/or C++ .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of software development principles.
• Good spoken and written English .
• Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.

Experience

We welcome candidates at different career levels:

• Junior / Fresh Graduates – strong C/C++ skills and a good technical foundation.
• Mid-Level Developers – experience in software development, embedded systems, or telecommunications.
• Senior Developers – 5+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably in telecom or wireless technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3GPP, LTE, or wireless communication protocols .
• Experience developing 4G/5G telecom software .
• Background in embedded software, DSP, or multi-core platforms .
• Experience with Linux Kernel or RTOS such as OSE or VxWorks.
• Experience with Hypervisor technologies.
• Knowledge or experience with AI/Agentic AI is a plus.
• Previous experience working for telecom or technology companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung, Qualcomm , or similar organizations is an advantage.
