This role will audit engineering deliverables, drive problem-solving through closure, capture cross-program lessons learned, and support documentation activities such as SOR, DFMEA, DVP, and ECR to ensure robust engineering sign-off and high-integrity product performance.

This role will audit engineering deliverables, drive problem-solving through closure, capture cross-program lessons learned, and support documentation activities such as SOR, DFMEA, DVP, and ECR to ensure robust engineering sign-off and high-integrity product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Expert will works across company's portfolio and phases of product development.
- As an expert, can guide and propose the resolution and specification for issues happened in development stage and field.
- Daily and weekly management and follow-up of issues problem solving advancement until issue closure.
- Capture Learnings across model development and build phases to be applied cross model (continuous improvement) - Learning Database governance
- Audit PHC (Program Health Check) on Engineering deliverables and requirements to assure compliance
- Provide support to Lead Engineers and Managers to complete SOR, SPB, DVP, DFMEA and ECR.

Support Engineering Sign Off to complete all risk assessments and release ESOM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
- 10+ years experience in automotive industry Product development & Quality in Chassis Module – Suspension/Steering/Brake/Wheel & Tire
- Experienced in Problem Solving (Development & Field Issues), Helping finding root cause and application of Containment and Permanent
- Product Design, Testing, GD&T, Specs & Requirements, Tooling, etc.
- Basic knowledge of the SOR, FMEA, Spec Book, Design Validation, Engineering Change processes. Advanced knowledge is desired.
- User level knowledge of Teamcenter
