Chiller Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Deliver after-sales technical support: on-site commissioning, fault diagnosis, and repair for chiller products; provide remote assistance.
2. Lead root-cause analysis of failures, issue technical reports and improvement proposals to drive quality closure.
3. Develop maintenance manuals and training materials; conduct technical training for service staff, partners, and customers.
4. Collaborate with sales teams on after-sales technical solutions for major accounts.
5. Assist in spare parts planning and management to ensure rapid service response.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related.
2. 3+ years of after-sales technical support experience with chillers or central AC; familiarity with magnetic bearing, screw, and centrifugal chillers.
3. Solid knowledge of chiller construction, control systems, and independent troubleshooting skills.
4. Strong hands-on ability and adaptability to on-site environments.
5. Fluent English or local language; service-oriented and team-spirited.
