Dynamics CRM Technical Lead / Senior Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involve in professional, sustainable, and secure product development.

• Participate in development, deployment and provisioning activities of the CRM product.

• Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company. Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture, data migration and integration.

• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, project managers and IT professionals to implement and support the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

• Provide professional consultation and input for the product team with feasible and cost-effective technical solutions.

• Provide knowledge, insights, directions, and guidelines to colleagues that are less experienced.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-8 years of experience. Must have strong technical skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online & on-premises environments.

• Strong Experience in designing Security models and Out of Box Configurations.

• Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, Console jobs and CRM Administration, Power Automate, Power apps.

• Hands-on experience in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD developer toolkit.

• Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/APIs (REST, Web APIs) /SSIS packages.

• Knowledge and experience of deploying un-managed and managed solutions for MS Dynamics 365.

• Should have good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good understanding and clarification of business requirements.

• Should be able to think independently and solution-driven.

• Comfortable to work in Agile along with traditional waterfall models.

• Able to work under pressure and with agility to the dynamic and fast paced environment.

• Be reliable, accountable and with ability to communicate effectively with the teams.

• Be a team-player – with a positive, pro-active attitude to encourage and enthuse the technical team.

• English Proficiency (written and spoken)

BONUS POINTS IF THE CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Experience with Microsoft products such as Power Automate, Power apps, O365.

• Awareness and work involvement on distribute systems.

• Experience with Copilot Agent Creation
