FE Developer (Leader, English)

📍 Location: O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi (onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance a large-scale eCommerce platform.
• Lead frontend development and participate in code reviews.
• Improve development efficiency through AI-assisted coding and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with multinational engineering teams across Japan, Korea, and Vietnam.
• Work in an Agile environment with modern frontend technologies.
• Contribute to AI-native software development practices and solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of web application development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js .
• Experience leading frontend development and conducting code reviews.
• Business-level English for internal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Plus

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Agile development experience.
• Technical leadership / sub-team lead experience.
