Field Service Engineer (f/m/x) - South of Vietnam

Anton Paar Vietnam is part of the Anton Paar Group, starting in January 2024 as a part of our long-term commitment to the Southeast Asian market. As we plan to further expand the operation onforward, we are currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.

The Field Service Engineer provides on-site and in-house service including preventative maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Engineer , you will become a trusted technical partner to our customers by:

• Installing and commissioning Anton Paar instruments
• Performing preventive maintenance, calibration and repair services
• Troubleshooting technical issues remotely and on-site
• Delivering customer training and technical support
• Promoting lifecycle service solutions, including maintenance contracts
• Collaborating with Sales and Application teams to ensure customer success
• Maintaining accurate service documentation in CRM
• This role requires travel across Vietnam (up to 75%).
  
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines
• 3–5 years of experience in Field Service Engineer, Technical Support, or Analytical Instrumentation is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam
• Valid passport for international training
