Job Opportunity: International Service Engineer (Concrete Machinery / EV Semi-trailer Tractor)

Job Description

• Handover & Guidance: Accompany new equipment handovers and provide direct operation guidance to clients.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, technical inspections, troubleshooting, and spare parts replacement specifically for Concrete Machinery or EV Semi-trailer Tractors . Ensure compliance with manufacturer technical standards and labor safety regulations.
• Customer Support: Provide timely and effective on-site technical support throughout the client's equipment usage.
• Spare Parts Sales: Consult and sell spare parts to clients with replacement needs.
• Reporting: Complete technical reports and maintenance logs, and proactively propose solutions for technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Repair Engineering, Construction Machinery, Mechatronics, Internal Combustion Engines, Power Mechanics, or related fields (recent graduates awaiting their degree certificates are welcome).
• Professional Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems of heavy equipment. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specialized repair manuals.
• Skills: Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Other Requirements: Good health and readiness for business travel when required. Holding a driver's license is preferred.
