Own products and features from beginning to end - originate ideas, understand the strategy and goals behind them, ship to production with real users, iterate on feedback, and stay responsible for their ongoing success.
Scope features and projects, including writing handover / technical design documents (as built) - the person who built a feature is the best person to document it.
Improve application performance - ship technical improvements that make the product faster, more stable, and ready to scale.
Sweat the UI and interaction details - crafting a clean, pleasant experience is a daily habit, not an afterthought.
Improve how we work, not just what we build: refine development processes, drive improvements in code quality and engineering best practices - and hold a zero-bug standard: bugs get fixed promptly, not stockpiled in a backlog.
Work closely with designers to craft thoughtful UX/UI - ship and own the basic experience using the design system, deciding when to bring in design to polish - and collaborate with the Customer Success team to learn how the product is actually being used.
Bring a tester's mindset - testing is part of building, not someone else's job. You own the quality of what you ship and stand behind it.
Your skills and experience
What we're looking for
3-5 years building customer-facing mobile applications end-to-end as a full-time software engineer - ideally at a product or SaaS startup, high-growth environment, or consultancy with a high engineering bar, where you've shipped real software for real customers and stayed long enough to see the impact of your technical decisions.
Excellent English & communication: professional working proficiency (C1 level, IELTS 6.0, or equivalent). You don't need the certificates, but you should be comfortable communicating at this level - you can articulate and explain your solutions with confidence in English.
A natural problem solver - you enjoy untangling hard problems and can move confidently from a user's problem to the right solution.
Strong product sensibility: you care about UX, speed, and polish - a genuine love of beautiful, well-crafted work; you want to understand why, and you push back when something doesn't feel right.
AI-native - you naturally reach for AI tools in your daily work to move faster, learn quicker, and raise the quality of what you ship.
High ownership mentality: comfortable working without heavy PM overhead - self-directed, hands-on, takes a feature from idea to shipped, comfortable with ambiguity, knows when to get help, ships something, learns, and iterates.
You move fast because you're having fun and want to deliver value here and now - not because someone's watching you.
A grown-up: low-ego, flexible, kind, considerate, and professional - able to put ego aside when making decisions (this is about attitude, not age or experience).

What we're NOT looking for
You like management checking in, reviewing, and verifying your work multiple times.
You're looking for a cushy 9-to-5 job to coast.
You tend to over-architect solutions when simpler, more pragmatic approaches are more appropriate.
-------------------
Technical requirements
Proficient in Flutter and Dart - you've shipped at least one production app on iOS and/or Android.
Solid understanding of state management (e.g. Riverpod, Bloc, or equivalent) and when to use what.
Comfortable with mobile-specific concerns: offline-first architecture, local storage / caching, push notifications, app lifecycle, and real-time updates over WebSockets.
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling async data flows cleanly - consuming OpenAPI/Swagger-described endpoints, auth tokens (JWT), pagination, retries, and optimistic UI.
Familiar with app store deployment - TestFlight, Google Play, and release management.
Comfortable working in TypeScript on a Node.js backend - you can read, extend, and debug a service you didn't write.
Able to add or modify REST endpoints in a NestJS codebase: DTOs and validation, controllers/services, and keeping the API contract clean for mobile clients.
Nice to have: platform channels (native iOS/Android bridging), background services, or push delivery via FCM/APNs.
Why you'll love working here
