• 3 months of in-house training (JavaScript / TypeScript / React / NestJS / Git / SQL)
• Join real projects with a dedicated mentor
• Grow through code reviews
• Internal study sessions and lightning talks
• Requirements
• IT-related degree (or final year)
• Some programming experience (personal projects, internship, etc.)
• Read/write technical English
• Willingness to learn and be coached
