Full Stack Engineer (OutSystems)

Join a Singapore government agency's digital transformation team, building and modernizing public-facing and internal applications on a low-code platform. You'll work within an agile scrum environment, turning business requirements into intuitive, accessible digital experiences while helping deliver secure, resilient systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy applications using OutSystems, covering UI, business logic, workflows, integrations, and data models
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technical standards
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and screen flows for intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences
• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional Scrum team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions
• Deliver features through the full sprint cycle, with code review and quality testing
• Manage the deployment lifecycle and monitor application performance and resiliency
• Flag platform limitations and delivery risks to the relevant technical and project leads
• Maintain technical documentation and support materials for developed applications

Core Key Skills

• 4+ years of OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher)
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology, DevOpspractices, and end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience building digital products for government or public sector clients
• Experience integrating legacy systems into modern platforms

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the broader GovTech technology stack
• Working knowledge of government ICT policies andstandards
• Experience integrating applications with AI or machinelearning services
