Full-Stack / Platform Engineer (C#/.NET & C++) - Ho Chi Minh City

A premier global technology manufacturer is hiring a Senior Full-Stack / Platform Engineer in HCMC. You will own, modernize, and maintain a high-performance design data platform, bridging software development with infrastructure operations for international engineering teams.

The Role

This is a hands-on role combining application development with platform operations - ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning a product end-to-end, from writing code to keeping the system running reliably in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application features based on evolving engineering and business requirements

• Support release cycles: testing, deployment, and user communication

• Administer platform infrastructure, environments, and system performance

• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and service improvements

• Implement monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability practices

• Provide user support, training, and clear technical documentation

• Integrate the platform with adjacent engineering tools and systems

• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and drive adoption

About You

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or infrastructure engineering

• Mandatory: strong hands-on experience with C# / ASP.NET (+ IIS) and C++

• Solid database skills, including query development and performance tuning

• Experience with server administration and application hosting environments

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment concepts, and scripting/automation

• Working knowledge of release management, monitoring, and incident response practices

• Exposure to Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

• Excellent written and verbal English - business fluency required for daily interaction with international stakeholders
