JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re rebuilding a Dutch B2B SaaS platform from the ground up. The current system is outdated and too constrained to evolve further, so this is a full greenfield rebuild with a modern architecture and stack.
The platform sits at the centre of a compliance-sensitive workflow between organisations and self-employed (ZZP) professionals, managing everything from project creation to contracts, approvals, and invoicing.
Because the product operates within the context of Dutch Wet DBA legislation, auditability, legal traceability, and data integrity are core product requirements — not optional features.
We’re looking for a senior engineer who can take ownership, move independently, and help shape both the architecture and the product as it evolves.
Responsibilities
- Own architecture and development of core platform features end-to-end
- Build scalable full-stack applications using Next.js, Supabase, and TypeScript
- Design secure and maintainable database schemas, RLS policies, and permission systems
- Develop responsive, mobile-first UI using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
- Implement billing, invoicing, and webhook flows with Stripe
- Build and maintain integrations with GCP services and supporting infrastructure
- Ensure audit trails, legal traceability, and data integrity across the platform
- Collaborate closely with product and design to turn evolving requirements into production-ready features
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security
- Work autonomously and take ownership from planning through deployment

Requirements
- Vietnamese with Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – Able to communicate complex technical concepts smoothly with international clients
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript expertise across the full stack
- Experience with Next.js, App Router, Server Components, and Vercel
- Strong experience with Supabase/PostgreSQL
- Schema design

- Experience building UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
- Experience integrating Stripe subscriptions, invoicing, and webhooks
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first applications
- AI-native development workflow using tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- Strong communication skills and English fluency
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- RBAC and tenant isolation implementation
- Document generation pipelines (contracts, PDFs, audit exports)
- Email and notification systems
- Experience building compliance-sensitive or workflow-heavy B2B platforms
