Job Responsibilities

• Develop software systems within MISA's product ecosystem, including Accounting, Human Resources, Asset Management, Sales, and more.
• Build end-to-end full-stack applications, covering Frontend (FE), Backend (BE), and Database design, querying, and optimization.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, focusing on speed, resource utilization, scalability, and system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including QC, DevOps, and Business Analysts, to ensure product requirements, quality, and timelines are met.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides to support knowledge transfer and internal training when required.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to improving code quality, and actively share knowledge and best practices with teammates.

Job Requirements

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1.5–2 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework or .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.) and Vue.js or React.js .
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and architecture, including:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• SOLID principles
• Design Patterns
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) / Microservices

Nice-to-have

• Experience developing and maintaining medium to large-scale web applications.
• Experience working with Web APIs / RESTful APIs .
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL ; familiarity with MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis, RabbitMQ , or equivalent technologies is a plus.
• Passion for building user-centric products in a product-driven environment.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development, such as code generation, testing, documentation, code review, and optimization.
