Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong software engineering fundamentals and a sharp product mindset. At Vinova, we value engineers who do not just write code, but actively understand business requirements, ask the right questions, justify technical decisions, and build clean, scalable, and maintainable software. You will participate across the full software development lifecycle and responsibly leverage modern AI tools to maximize productivity while upholding high code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement clarification and technical planning through to deployment and maintenance.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and engineering teammates to understand business goals, evaluate trade-offs, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. Actively participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Debug production issues, implement proper logging, and continuously optimize existing system architectures.
• Responsibly utilize modern AI tools to accelerate development workflows without compromising code security, readability, or reliability.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in software development; proficient in backend services, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing with proven practical application.
• Solid grasp of Monolith vs. Microservices, logging, production debugging, and the ability to articulate technical trade-offs clearly.
• Practical experience using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) with strong code review discipline before submitting PRs.
• Product-oriented mindset with basic hands-on experience in React, Next.js, or Vue.

• Experience with Queues, Background Jobs, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in SaaS products, media streaming (HLS/M3U8), or direct stakeholder communication.
