Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of new web applications and core system modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Take ownership of key web infrastructure components, including existing systems and legacy code, ensuring their stability, performance, and security
  • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Design and implement seamless integrations with critical third-party services, including payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and AI services
  • Provide accurate technical estimations, contribute to project timeline planning, and participate in technical roadmap discussions
  • Mentor and guide junior developers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting their technical growth
  • Champion code quality through active participation in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proactively identify areas for technical improvement, refactoring, and optimization within existing systems, including opportunities to leverage AI technologies


ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with hands-on exposure to e-commerce domain challenges and patterns
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language: Elixir, Golang, or Node.js
  • Solid experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and message queue systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with front-end development and testing practices (Unit, Integration, and E2E testing)
  • Background in third-party integrations (payment, logistics, AI services) and scalable system design
  • Good English communication skills would be a plus
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
